Biography
James is a Toronto-based lawyer with a track record of analytical rigour and persuasive communication across the private and public sectors. He has led teams in fast-paced environments and created impact through his work in journalism and social entrepreneurship.
He graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor, as well as from the University of Oxford with an MBA and Master of Science in Contemporary Chinese Studies.
