Biography
Vivian Clarissah Chinoda is an early career business and technology bilingual, passionate about advancing equitable access to essential resources through social innovation and leadership. Having graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) undergraduate program in Business Analytics, Vivian brings a grounded, global and interdisciplinary perspective to building tools that widen access for underserved communities. This led her to co-found the African Students' Association Social Impact Fund that has raised $30,000+ towards supporting MIT student-led development projects across Africa.
At Oxford, she intends to pursue a MSc in Social Data Science, and either a Master of Public Policy or DPhil in Social Data Science. Outside of school, you will find Vivian event planning, enjoying storytelling via film or theatre, designing statement fashion pieces, or serving in her local church's kids ministry.
