Noa holds a BA in Political Science (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both from Tel Aviv University, where she was a fellow in the IGS3 Excellence Fellowship Program. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant to Prof. Aeyal Gross, contributing to projects on human rights, constitutional law, and public international law. She also served as a teaching assistant in the School of Political Science, Government and International Affairs, and as an editorial board member of the law journal Theoretical Inquiries in Law (TIL). Noa has professional experience as a broadcast journalist and international affairs correspondent, covering three consecutive Israeli elections and leading network-wide coverage of the 2020 US presidential election for the Israeli radio network Galei Tzahal. She was also a podcast host for the Institute for Israeli Thought, an Israeli think tank. Currently, she is completing her legal clerkship in the Office of Legal Counsel and Legislative Affairs at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, focusing on constitutional law.
