Biography
Jade is an actor, artist-educator, and disability advocate from Singapore.
Having recently graduated from the National University of Singapore with a BA (Honours) in Theatre and Performance Studies and a Minor in Chinese Translation, she continues to contribute to accessibility in the arts through her programming work at the National Gallery Singapore. A proud member of Singapore's d/Deaf and disabled communities, she is committed to the cause of advancing disability-led theatre and film practices through the study of disability as culture and identity.
She intends to read the MSt in Film Aesthetics and the MSt in Comparative Literature and Critical Translation, with a focus on drama.
