Brandon Tran

Biography

Brandon H. Tran, Fountain Valley, is a senior at the U.S. Military Academy where he majors in International Affairs and Chinese. He is a non-resident fellow of the Indo-Pacific Studies Center, served as the events manager and chief administrative officer for the inaugural Oxford Semiconductor Conference, and interned at the Center for Naval Analyses, Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Army War College. Brandon’s writing on Indo-Pacific security has received awards from the Chief of Naval Operations and the Army Strategist Association. He is a member of the West Point's Taekwondo team as a 1st-degree black belt. Upon graduation, Brandon will commission as a military intelligence officer and plans to pursue an MSc in Contemporary Chinese Studies at Oxford.
