Adham is a second-year medical student at the University of Toronto. He is passionate about medical education, having developed a free application that supports trainees in learning surgical steps. With multiple scientific publications, Adham has broad research experience in basic and clinical research, with a focus on digital health tools. Adham is also dedicated to improving global access to surgical care. He is a liaison officer for the Canadian Global Surgery Trainee Alliance in Toronto and is working on a project to improve intussusception outcomes in Ethiopia. Prior to medical school, Adham served as a program coordinator with the Queen’s University Correctional Services group. He is an avid soccer player and enjoys reading historical fiction.
