Sarah Cao

Biography

Sarah S. Cao, Plymouth, is a cadet at the United States Military Academy, where she is pursuing a B.S. in International Affairs, B.S. in Chinese, and a minor in Terrorism Studies. Sarah is a Stamps scholar, Winant scholar, and Stokes writing fellow. She has interned for the Center for Naval Analyses and the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Her senior thesis examines cross-strait relations and economic statecraft.
