Noam graduated from Tel Aviv University in 2020, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B). He has also studied at Northwestern University and the Hague Academy of International Law. He has gained practical experience working for several years at the Office of the Deputy Attorney General for International Law, the Israeli Mission to the United Nations, and the International Law Division of the Military Advocate General Corps. Prior to his legal career, he interned in the Israeli Parliament (the Knesset). Passionate about public international law, Noam hopes to continue his research in the field at Oxford.
