Noa Hen

Biography

Noa graduated cum laude with a BA in PPE from Tel-Aviv University, where she studied on a full merit-based scholarship. During her degree, she interned as an economic advisor for the MoH and MoEI, and served as a teaching assistant for the head of the PPE program.

Alongside her studies, Noa worked full-time as a management consultant at Strategy& by PwC. There, she became the youngest engagement manager ever in the local office and personally led dozens of strategy projects for leading companies. Additionally, she co-authored PwC's M&A guide for acquirers and presented it on-stage to over 100 startup CEOs. Currently, Noa is a business operations manager at Team8, a leading Israeli VC, where she is responsible for strategy, ideation, and company building.

At Oxford, Noa plans to continue her studies in public policy. She aims to foster an impact-driven innovation economy, working at the intersection of the private and public sectors. In her free time, Noa enjoys cinema, yoga, and competitive debate - a habit she plans to explore further in Oxford.
