Mrinalini Sisodia Wadhwa

Biography

Mrinalini Sisodia Wadhwa graduated from Columbia University in 2024 as salutatorian, with honors in History and Mathematics. Her interests lie in the intellectual and cultural history of empire, global histories of the Enlightenment, and intersections of gender, religion, and political thought. At Columbia, she co-founded the Columbia Journal of Asia, led the undergraduate history association and law review, and served as a Peer Writing Fellow. She has won fellowships supporting archival work in France, Britain, and India, and conducted research on gender and constitutional law at Columbia Law School. In her spare time, she enjoys meditation, visual art, knitting, and swimming. At Oxford, Mrinalini will read for an MPhil in Intellectual History.
