Maren Höver

Biography

Maren Höver (she/her) is currently pursuing an MSc in Atmospheric and Climate Science at ETH Zurich, building on her Bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary natural sciences with a focus on physics and mathematics from Maastricht University. She is broadly interested in using computational methods to increase our understanding of current and future climate. At the University of Oxford, Maren would like to continue researching new ways to distinguish internal variability in the climate system from external effects. In her spare time, Maren is an avid climber and actively involved in university politics and climate advocacy. Her interests range from progressive education to the interaction between science and society.
