Kolter Stevenson

Biography

Kolter Stevenson is a senior, Presidential Leadership Scholar, and Donald J. Byrnes Memorial Scholar at the University of Montana and the Davidson Honors College. He is pursuing majors in International Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Russian, as well as a certificate in Big Data Analytics. Kolter is an ACTR Russian Scholar Laureate and studied Russian intensively in Moldova and Kyrgyzstan, where he analyzed energy infrastructure across Central Asia. Outside of the classroom, Kolter founded Smart Dorm, an energy-efficiency system for dormitories and barracks, and serves as a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the East Missoula and Frenchtown Rural Fire Districts. At Oxford, he aims to continue his studies in the fields of energy systems and Russian and East European studies.
