Biography
Adam is an engineer and physicist working in trapped-ion quantum computing. He focuses on quantum networks, a useful tool for (1) quantum technologies and (2) probing the fundamentals of atomic physics and information science. Previously, he studied Engineering Science at the University of Toronto, where his broad focus was the simulation of quantum systems using generative AI models.
Outside the lab, Adam is a strong advocate for open-access projects and early science mentorship. He spends considerable time managing and mentoring with the Flowboat Entrepreneurship Clubs (www.flowboat.ca) and volunteering in science outreach initiatives around the world!
