Vedanta Thapar

Biography

Vedanta is a final year student of Physics at St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi. Motivated by his studies of chaos, nonlinear Dynamics and synchronisation, he is interested in exploring the physics and mathematics of complex systems. He is specifically interested in the study of climate dynamics as well as its associated policy challenges. Through his journey into the research community, he also hopes to tackle the social issues connected to science and the lack of diversity in the same. He grew up in Delhi, and is an avid dog lover who also plays competitive badminton.
