Luisa Haiß

Biography

Luisa holds a BSc in Molecular Medicine and a BA in Rhetoric and Latin from Tübingen University, Germany. She completed an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at Oxford and is currently pursuing a DPhil in Immunology at the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology. With her multidisciplinary background, Luisa focuses on the intersection of science and society, particularly science diplomacy, communication, and entrepreneurship. A passionate advocate for responsible science and innovation, she founded the Oxford Society for Science Communication and Engagement (OSSCE), an interdisciplinary platform connecting engaged students across the University. Committed to educational justice, Luisa's voluntary mentoring work has always focused on promoting equal opportunities. Outside of her studies, she enjoys working with horses and writing stories.
