Alice Hauser

Biography

Originally from Kennebunk, Maine, Alice graduated from Wake Forest University as a Stamps Scholar with a BA in Philosophy and Music and a minor in History. As an undergraduate, her thesis research applied John Rawls’s distinction between the formal and fair values of rights to the disparities within the U.S. legal system. She is currently pursuing an MPhil in Music (Musicology), researching the intersection between music, philosophy, and politics. After Oxford, Alice will attend the University of Chicago Law School as a Rubenstein Scholar.
