Ahmed Alsulami

Biography

Ahmed is a current B.S. student in both Physics and Mechanical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He is interested in the way theoretical and observational sciences converge. He has researched a wide range of topics including molecular dynamics and DFT, statistical astronomy, femtochemistry, quantum dots, chemical kinetics, laser sensing, meteoritics, computational quantum chemistry in NMR, spectroscopy, and materials synthesis. He like to play calisthenics, go to places where he can stargaze, and collect gemstones! And as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, he wishes to continue to explore and develop theoretical frameworks in physics!
