Monique Cooper

Biography

Monique holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (first class) and a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology. Her curiosity peaks at the intersections of equity, well-being, data science and business strategy. Monique’s work in New Zealand, Taiwan and Denmark has focused on how technology can serve humanity alongside the planet. Areas she has worked in include utilising brainwaves to control communication devices for those with severe disabilities and the potential of data visualisation and app design to reduce utility usage. Her career is founded on making data-driven decisions that help to address root causes and create sustainable solutions. You will find Monique out diving or at events about social justice, sustainability and indigenous ways of thinking.
