Biography

Elizabeth Guo graduated from Harvard University summa cum laude with highest honors in Physics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as a junior. Elizabeth is interested in the intersection of quantitative methods, law, and policy. She has conducted research on nanoscale quantum materials at Harvard and quantum computing at IBM and Princeton. Elizabeth’s projects with the Harvard Law School Access to Justice Lab harness rigorous empirical data to propose transformative solutions for a fairer, more accessible U.S. justice system. As an intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Elizabeth’s work helped inform the incoming president’s Strategic Plan. Elizabeth served as a News Executive at The Harvard Crimson newspaper and Chair of the Harvard Undergraduate Women in Physics.
