Jessica Sutton

Biography

Jessica was a scholar in residence in 2021-2023. She achieved the BCL (with distinction) and an MPhil in Law in international criminal law (with no corrections). While studying at Oxford she was awarded a Bonavero Institute of Human Rights fellowship, worked as a legal researcher at a Colombian human rights NGO, sat on the Editorial Board of the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal, was co-convenor of Rhodes Women and Gender Minorities, and sang in the Jesus College choir. Jessica is now a barrister in London practising in public law, human rights, employment law, and international law.
