Ffion Hughes

Biography

Ffion is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Exeter College, Oxford. She previously completed an MSc in the History of Science, Medicine and Technology at Oxford, following her undergraduate degree in History from McGill University. Ffion’s interests centre on homelessness, substance use, mental health, and their links with policy and power. As an unreformed historian, she also seeks to bring historically informed perspectives to modern-day drug policy debates. In her free time, Ffion is an avid hiker, runner, cake baker, and crossword puzzler.
