Biography
Evan Walker is a Military Intelligence Army Officer with an interest in International Law, the Law of Armed Conflict, and technology, with experience in defense and national security policy. During her career, she has served on the National Security Council Staff in the Directorate for Technology and National Security, the Department of Homeland Security Security (DHS) Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans on the Counter Transnational Organized Crime. Other policy experience includes time with the Army Talent Management Task Force and co-authoring the United States Corps of Cadets Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy. At Oxford, Evan received an MSc in Sociology and a Master of Public Policy. She graduated from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research. Her hobbies include reading, poetry, painting, and visits to her local botanical garden.
