Biography
Daniel N. Lesman is a senior at The Ohio State University, where he majors in Biomedical Science. A first-generation American, Daniel is a Goldwater Scholar who researches rare genetic disorders. Daniel also co-founded a non-profit that provides academic tutoring to homeless and at-risk youth in Columbus. Daniel plans a career as a physician-scientist, working to combat genetic diseases through direct patient care and research. At Oxford, further his studies in genetics, in addition to studying social intervention and policy evaluation.
