Biography
Chisaka Rosaria Pamu is a Biomedical Scientist and Laboratory Coordinator for the district of Monze under the Ministry of Health, Zambia. Chisaka is dedicated to improvement of the quality of health-care provision, particularly laboratory services in Zambia, alongside the elucidation of fundamental cell biology while perusing their medical significance for potential therapeutic approaches. During her postgraduate training she investigated the expression of the transcription factor elf 5 during keratinocyte differentiation to elucidate its potential role as a target for treatment. Chisaka is committed to service, having previously worked as a healthcare assistant and currently engages in pro-bono noncommunicable disease health screening, alongside charity work with numerous organisations. Chisaka enjoys going to the gym, beauty & fashion and is an active catholic.
