Biography
Emma is completing her Community Service at Ngwelezana Hospital, a rural hospital in South Africa. Emma graduated with distinction and she is a member of the Golden Key society. She was involved in Students' Health and Welfare Centres Organisation (SHAWCO) throughout University, rising to the positions of Paediatrics representative, and onto the position of Head of Occupational Therapy. Her crowning achievement at UCT was the foundation of a new rehabilitation clinic. Emma has also been committed to initiating projects that promote childhood development.
Emma is a woman of purpose, and her vision is to use her education at Oxford to improve her insight into effective education and social development strategies. She aspires to have input into practices required to sustainably empower communities and influence youth to reach their full potential.
