Biography
James finished a Bachelor of Science (Conservation & Ecology) in 2017, and is now serving as the Lincoln University Students' Association President. James has also dedicated much of his time to the New Zealand Union of Students' Associations, and has recently been elected President for 2019. James has worked as an outdoor instructor for underprivileged children, as an intern with the ecological consultancy company 'Kessels Ecology', and has recently undertaken research at the Australian National University in Canberra. James plans to study an MPhil in International Relations where he hopes to bridge the all too common gap between science and policy, and to focus his thesis on climate justice.
