Biography
Starting his academic studies at age 15, Ben holds a MA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Sociology and Media from the Open University of Israel, both graduated Magna Cum Laude. In his Master's he researched the Persian Gulf states' security doctrines vis-Ã -vis Iran, and in his Bachelor's researched youth crime prevention and representations of minorities in Israeli media. Ben is a Bronfman Fellowship alumnus and an Alumni Advisory Board member. He served in the IDF as an officer (Captain) in fields of strategic planning, foreign relations and public relations. During his studies at Oxford, Ben intends to focus on ways to nurture partnerships between populations in Israel, and promote an inclusive and diverse Israeli society.
