Biography
Arslan completed his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the UET Lahore, where he topped his batch and secured three gold medals. During his undergrad, he did research internships at Mentor Graphics(MG) and KICS studying the real-time operating systems and distributed systems respectively. He also served as the president of the IEEE UET and led his society to win the Best Student Branch of the Year award in Lahore section. Following graduation, he is working as a software developer at MG - where he is building a virtual machine monitor targeted for the automotive market. He is an avid mountaineer and a mountain biker. He wants to uplift the economy of Pakistan by strengthening the ICT sector, and by establishing the Pakistani brand of Silicon Valley.
