Biography
Dr Ndjodi Ndeunyema is a corporate lawyer admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales, with a professional practice focused on M&A and private equity. He advises corporates, investors, and funds on complex transactions, cross‑border deal structuring, and strategic commercial matters.Beyond his transactional practice, Ndjodi is engaged in public international law and human rights. He has represented the Republic of Namibia before the International Court of Justice in the Climate Change Advisory Opinion proceedings of 2025, and maintains an active scholarly interest in socio‑economic rights. His PhD research on the human right to water and the value of ubuntu in constitutional adjudication.
