Swati Mylavarapu

Biography

Swati is a Member, Board of Trustees at The Rhodes Trust since 2020. She is Founder of Incite.org, a values-based investor that provides catalytic capital and guidance for world positive start-ups, non-profits, and activists. She is also Co-founder of the Arena, which trains the next generation of progressive candidates and campaign staff. Swati previously worked at Quid, Square, Google.org and as a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. She graduated from Harvard with an AB in Development Studies, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and was a Truman Scholar. At Oxford she earned an MPhil in Economic History. Received the George Parkin Service Award from the Rhodes Trust in 2018 in recognition of her contributions to the Rhodes community, including helping to start the Welcome Home events for recently gone down Scholars in the United States. She also served as Co-Convener of the 2019 Ventures Forum at Rhodes House.
