Jonathan Watt-Pringle

Biography

I returned to South Africa after Oxford. Whilst at the Johannesburg Bar, I was conscripted and had myself classified as a conscientious objector. In 1986 I left South Africa for the UK, in order to avoid having to do six years of alternative service. I have been in practice at the London Bar since 1987. I became a QC in 2008.
