Careers & Pathways Sessions

The Careers & Pathways Sessions, part of the Early Careers Launchpad, offer a space to learn from and connect with inspiring figures across a wide range of sectors. Across three days, you’ll be able to hear insights from leaders at different stages of their journeys, take part in interactive workshops, and expand your network with peers and practitioners. Whether you have a clear sense of direction or are still exploring, these sessions are designed to spark ideas and help you move forward with confidence.

The programme features speakers with extensive leadership experience in organisations including Oxfam, Columbia University, Oxford University Press, SAGE, and more.

We warmly invite you to register for the sessions that resonate with your interests, or simply spark your curiosity.

Open to Rhodes Scholars and Alumni, as well as Fellows from the Atlantic, Rise, Mandela and Schmidt communities. Sessions will be facilitated by Freya Guthier, Senior Programme Manager - Early Careers Launchpad.
