Leadership in the Entrepreneurial World

We invite you to join us for a dynamic and interactive virtual conversation focused on how Rhodes Scholars have navigated leadership in the entrepreneurial world. This session, "Leading and Innovating Through Disruption," will be hosted by the Rhodes Trust and Ken Banta (Massachusetts & University 1979), Founder and CEO of The Vanguard Network. During this discussion, we'll open the conversation to share and solve real-life dilemmas that you may have encountered on your entrepreneurial journey.  

Following a plenary session led by Ken Banta, this event will feature breakout rooms to allow conversations to dive deeper. Attendees are encouraged to participate fully and share both their challenges and successes from their own experiences. A contact list will be circulated following the event.
