Biography
Dr. Shubham Narwal is India's first veterinarian to be named a Rhodes Scholar Elect since 1947. At Oxford, he hopes to embark on an MSc in Clinical Embryology, focusing on innovative solutions for the conservation and breeding of endangered wildlife species. A graduate of the ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Dr. Narwal is passionate about pioneering methods for avian cloning and safeguarding critically endangered birds like the Great Indian Bustard.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Narwal enjoys playing basketball and immersing himself in the magical world of Harry Potter. He also finds fulfillment in mentoring aspiring veterinary students, inspiring the next generation of professionals in veterinary medicine.
