Description

Join us for the launch of ENTANGLED - an incredible exhibition of southern African artists about colonialism, monuments and memory.

An exhibition in collaboration with Rhodes Scholar Julie Taylor and her Guns & Rain gallery. It is an exhibition of southern African artists about colonialism, monuments and memory. It forms part of the Rhodes Trust's new contemporary art programming, and has emerged through the commitment of the Rhodes Trust to engage with its history and legacy, as well as looking to the future. Exhibiting artists are Nicola Brandt, Isheanesu Dondo, Muningandu Hoveka, Tuli Mekondjo, Sethembile Msezane, Zenaéca Singh and Gift Uzera.


Join us at the launch event on 19 June, 18:00 - 20:00 for a chance to meet Julie Taylor and enjoy canapes and fizz.
