When you are ready to apply, select Apply on the job advert and complete the online application. You will be asked to upload your CV and a cover letter and asked to answer some mandatory application questions.
We will review your application and contact you to let you know whether you have been shortlisted for the next stage.
We may conduct a telephone assessment, if you are successful you will then be invited to a stage 1 interview.
This Stage 1 interview will take place either in person or via Zoom and will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will meet with the hiring lead for the role, along with other team members or colleagues you would be working closely with.
During the interview, the panel will ask competency-based questions to assess your skills, knowledge and experience. These questions focus on examples from your previous work experience and how you have handled specific situations.
You may also be asked to complete a task as part of this stage, such as a short presentation, a written report or a prioritisation exercise. In some cases, you’ll receive the brief in advance to allow time to prepare.
There will be time at the end of the interview for you to ask any questions you may have.
For some roles, there may be a second-stage interview. Some panel members may be the same as the previous stage, with additional colleagues joining the panel. This stage provides an opportunity for us to get to know you better and to explore your experience in more detail.
This stage may also include a task or exercise relevant to the role.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the interview for you to ask any final questions you may have.
Following your interview, we will contact you to share the outcome and provide feedback.
If you are successful, we will begin the onboarding process. This will include a right to work check and pre-employment checks, which must be completed before your start date. All offers are subject to these checks.
