Sustainability and food waste

At Rhodes House we champion small businesses and support local, independent suppliers. High welfare meat and fish are sourced from ethical suppliers, and vegetarian and plant-based options play a substantial role in all our menus.

We are a minimal waste kitchen, utilising every part of our ingredients in innovative ways, and we serve all our meals on sustainable tableware from Steelite.  

Rhodes House partners with Olio and their Food Waste Heroes Programme to provide excess or otherwise wasted food and ingredients to families and individuals in food poverty.
