Gift Gwawawa

Biography

Gift Gwawawa is an inspired scientist driven to improve the healthcare industry and innovation. Academically, he was the overall best undergraduate at Midlands State University across all faculties. Attained the Presidential Award for best student, ZimDEF award, Faculty of Science and Technology best student, and the MSU Book Price for best student. For social responsibility, he founded the MSU Biotechnology Society, and was involved in leadership roles of various career building clubs such as Enactus. Very well involved with inspiring and educating others on various radio and TV stations in attempt to promote Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. He is a cofounder in a Rejuvenate Technologies Start up initiative driven to bring biotechnology projects in Zimbabwe to solve some local problems and employment creation. He is passionate towards ending cancer and hopes to find the cure for cancer. Currently enrolled at the University Of Oxford where he is the first Rhodes Scholar to be enrolled in the program of MSc in Applied Cancer Science at Department of Oncology.
