Ben Kwong

Biography

Benjamin Kwong, hailing from Newport Beach, CA, is a senior at the US Naval Academy where he studies Cyber Operations. He proudly served as his Company Operations Officer. His favorite position that he has held was Plebe Summer Squad Leader during his 2/C summer. He is currently the Vice President of Navy Surf Club, a player on Navy Club Volleyball team and a volunteer in the Mids4Kids program. In his youngster (secodg) year, he was awarded the Stamps Scholarship which he has used to expand his professional development. He spent this past summer at the University of Cambridge studying international security and intelligence. Upon commissioning, Ben plans to study how the US Navy can integrate sustainable practices into the fleet before leading a career as a naval aviator.
