Biography
Nick is a Research Fellow in the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme and a DPhil candidate in Law at the University of Oxford. Supported by a Rhodes Scholarship, Nick's research addresses the impacts of climate litigation and climate-related legal risks facing corporations. An Australian lawyer, Nick has worked across climate litigation, law and policy at several think tanks and intergovernmental organisations, as well as in the private sector, and was an Associate to a Justice of the High Court of Australia. Nick holds a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
