Biography
Riley S. Tillitt, Eden Prairie, MN graduated from Yale Law School in 2025 and is currently clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. At Oxford, he earned a Master of Public Policy and an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
