Biography
Kabeleka is Chief Operating Officer at AB Bank Zambia, where he leads bank-wide operations spanning branch networks, digital channels, payments, customer experience, and strategic initiatives. He has over a decade of leadership experience in banking and digital finance, with a strong focus on driving financial inclusion and operational excellence.
He studied at Linacre College, University of Oxford, graduating with an MSc in the Social Science of the Internet as a Rhodes Scholar. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science with Distinction and is a PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner.
He is passionate about expanding access to finance for underserved communities and leveraging technology for inclusive economic growth. He enjoys soccer, music, and photography.
