How do I set up the Rhodes Email Forwarding Service?

We offer all alumni the opportunity to create a lifelong Rhodes Trust forwarding email address, allowing you to stay connected with your Rhodes colleagues wherever life’s journey may take you. Once registered, you will be assigned a Rhodes email address in the format: firstname.lastname.year@rhodestrust.com. All emails sent to this address will be forwarded to your personal email address.
How to sign up: Complete the form by entering your name, personal email address and chosen password, then click “Register”. Pending approval, your account will be activated. Email Forwarding FAQS

How do I create a Rhodes Connect account?

Rhodes Connect is the online home for the Rhodes community. Open to all Scholars Elect, Scholars in Residence and Alumni, it is a vibrant online space for collaboration, discussion and socialising. Sign up today and use the platform to find out about upcoming events, connect with Scholars in interest-based groups and make new connections. To sign in or register please complete the Register for Access short form.

How do I let Rhodes House know about my new address, email or job?

You can email development@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk or alumni@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk and we would be delighted to update your details in our database. Alternatively, you can do this yourself via Rhodes Connect.

I do not seem to be receiving any emails from the Trust, how do I sign up for communications?

If you have not been receiving our monthly Alumni Update email, please contact us at alumni@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk and we can check your contact preferences and ensure we have your most up to date email address. Please do also check spam folders as our emails can accidentally be filed there on occasion.

How do I book accommodation at Rhodes House?

Please email accommodation@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk and the accommodation team will be happy to help.
