Dr. Manjari Chandran-Ramesh (India & St Hugh's 2003) is a Partner in Amadeus Capital Partners and her investment focus is on AI, Robotics and Quantum Technologies. In more than a decade in Venture, she has experience raising several £100m for her portfolio companies, exiting 3 companies and operational experience as acting CEO. She is the Amadeus representative on several boards including Ravelin (acquired by WorldPay), NuQuantum, Seldon, Photonic, Tenzo and Safe Intelligence.
A Rhodes Scholar and a Kauffman fellow, Manjari started her career in academia, after a PhD in Autonomous Vehicles, as a researcher and college lecturer at Oxford University, later moving to technology transfer at the University where she was responsible for commercialising intellectual property. Manjari then worked at IP Group plc, managing technology investments from deal origination to exit. She was responsible for the trade sale of TheySayLtd (emotional AI acquired by Aptean), secondary share sale exit in ConcirrusLtd (AI in InsureTech), and sourcing and working with the founding team to build Quantum Motion Ltd (Quantum Computing in Silicon). Manjari created and led IP Group’s Quantum Technologies investment strategy, setting up an initial £12m accelerator fund in partnership with Innovate UK. On a personal capacity, she is currently on the Strategic Advisory Board that advises the UK Government’s National Quantum Technologies Programme, the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Enterprise Hub Committee and the Satellite Applications Catapult.

Dr. Joshua Chauvin (Ontario & New College 2011) is an entrepreneur and psychologist dedicated to advancing global mental health through innovative technologies and enterprises. As Chief of Staff and strategy lead at Koa Health, he was instrumental in the company’s spin-out from Telefónica and its successful navigation of multiple investment rounds and acquisitions. He has previously worked as Partnerships Manager for Mindstrong Health and as a research consultant for the Canadian Mental Health Association. He has been involved in a number of anti-stigmatization campaigns in Canada and the UK, and has advised a number of mental health charities including the Anna Freud Centre, Jack.org and batyr. Josh holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Oxford, where he was both a Rhodes Scholar and Canadian Centennial Scholar.

Max Han (Malaysia & St John's 2024) is the co-founder of Youths United for Earth, an award-winning grassroots nonprofit mobilising youth for environmental action through storytelling, campaigns, and advocacy, with a monthly reach of 50,000 people. For the past five years, Max Han has worked with public and private stakeholders, including the UN, EU, Malaysia’s Central Bank, and now advises Malaysia’s Environmental Ministry. He also drafted Southeast Asia’s first Environmental Rights Declaration under ASEAN together with UN bodies, diplomats, and vulnerable communities. Internationally, Max Han has advocated for climate justice at global forums including the UN negotiations, Stanford, and Princeton University. His work has been recognised by the UN Messenger of Peace Dr. Jane Goodall, the Princess Diana Award, Tatler, and the North American Association for Environmental Education. He is also a National Geographic Explorer and the first Southeast Asian to be named a Future Nobel Laureate Scholar.

The foundation runs an affordable preschool in Budiriro Cabs, Zimbabwe, for low-income young girls whose guardians cannot afford to send them to local preschools. Shantel is also an Analyst at the World Bank, where she works to improve women’s economic opportunities in 190 countries. In addition, she serves as the Women, Business and the Law team's focal point for Eastern and Southern Africa and contributes to other core functions including customer relationship management, production, fundraising, and dissemination.

Barnaby Marsh (Alaska & Magdalen 1996) is a partner of Saint Partners/MSM Changemakers, which leads bespoke teams that serve wealthy individuals, philanthropic families, NGOs, banks, and private foundations worldwide. He has advised on over two hundred philanthropic projects, totaling more than $3.5 billion.
With over 20 years of senior-level experience, Marsh has pioneered innovative approaches to philanthropy and non-profit governance. Using special-purpose philanthropic design teams, he has overseen the development of approaches that leaders can use to maximize the impact and joys of giving. These include frameworks that clarify vision, identify best pathways for action, and assess philanthropy risks and blind spots, and build internal and external capacity.
Before joining Saint Partners/MSM changemakers, Marsh was for many years a senior executive at the $3B John Templeton Foundation, where he helped Sir John Templeton and the Templeton Family build new capabilities and processes and designed over $200M in new programs. Marsh also worked with the late James Martin to design and shape the $150M Martin School at Oxford University, which serves as an incubator for solutions for the worlds most pressing problems and the areas of environment, health, society and economics.
Marsh's academic background is in risk assessment and decision sciences. He is a graduate of Cornell University and attended Magdalen College, Oxford. He has held academic and visiting appointments at the Max Planck Institute, Berlin, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, New College, Oxford, and the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton. He is also the co-author of the popular book “How Luck Happens” (Dutton/Penguin Random House 2018 ).
He lives in New York City with his wife and two young daughters.

Born in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, Tom McMillen (Maryland & University 1974) became a teenage and college basketball star, going to the Olympics and playing professionally in Italy while he was also studying at Oxford. He continued his career in professional American basketball and then went on to be elected to the US House of Representatives, representing Maryland’s 4th district from 1987 to 1993 before being appointed co-chair of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness. Tom was recently CEO of LEAD1 Association which represented the largest college athletic programs. He has also founded several publicly traded companies. He is active on several boards across areas including broadcasting, government contracting and animal rights, McMillen also mentors young students, including those interested in and taking up the Rhodes Scholarship.

Rakhi co-founded MHS CITY LAB in India, an interdisciplinary social venture focused on inclusive housing leveraging digital technology for safer and resilient solutions. She is on the advisory committee for the High Level Champion COP 30 Presidency team in Brazil, where she supports global efforts to accelerate nature-based climate action. Hansa also consults on climate resilience efforts, supporting the Climate Lead at the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
Her previous experience spans global and local climate initiatives and research, including Oxford’s LEON project with the European Space Agency, Oxfordshire County Council, the Future for Cooling Programme at Oxford, Stanford University, and INSEAD. Hansa holds dual master’s from the University of Oxford including a degree in MSc Sustainability, Enterprise, and the Environment and a Master’s in Public Policy.

Vits is also the founder and CEO of Anisim Ventures, investing in and advising tech ventures and projects including Web3, fintech, and edtech. Vits was previously Cofounder and President of Valeon, an edtech platform, which he scaled and exited after growing it to a team of ~300 people, and having raised funding from top investors such as Global Chairmen of McKinsey and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Vits also previously served as a senior executive at two listed fintechs, Coinbase and Wise, and started his career at Goldman Sachs.

Prior to Forte, Nat founded 180 Degrees Consulting, the world's largest consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises, which aims to develop the next generation of social impact leaders in the process.
