Conference Suite
The new conference suite at Rhodes House will be a world class facility for gathering, learning, collaborating, and sharing. The reconfigurable conference hall will accommodate events for up to 280 participants, and will be equipped with state-of-the-art tech so those in Oxford can interact fully and collaboratively with event attendees around the globe.
A new vaulted roof will provide a generosity of scale and flexibility to suit all convenings, and clerestory windows will supply natural light and views of beautiful gardens created by our multi-award-winning team.
The conference suite will be housed in former archive spaces which have been transformed into an open, modern space bathed in light. A spiral staircase will lead guests down from the entrance of Rhodes House into the foyer of the conference suite.
Configuration and capacity
The conference suite will provide a flexible space which can be reconfigured to accommodate a variety of events including plenary sessions and breakout spaces. The foyer spaces will provide further space for group breakout sessions, refreshments and receptions.
