Mutale Chewe

Biography

Mutale is an aspiring macroeconomist. She was the Best Graduating Student and valedictorian at the University of Surrey, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. During her undergraduate studies she took on the roles of a Course Representative, Faculty Student Helper and Top Achiever's Mentor. She also held positions of responsibility in the Economics and Finance society and UNICEF on Campus society. Mutale has been involved in community service from the age of thirteen and hopes to promote policies that will reduce income inequality and poverty. Aside from this, she has undertaken internships at KPMG Zambia, Barclays UK, JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London and is currently a Tax Intern at Ernst & Young Zambia. She enjoys fashion, reading and cooking.
