How can my child take part in the 120th?
Children under 18 may not attend events without their parents/guardians but will need to sign up for sessions themselves where we have their email address. For children under 12 who have been registered, we will ask you to indicate which sessions they will be attending with you. Please check session suitability via the registration system and the programme on our website.
Daytime events throughout the three days include a wide selection of family friendly sessions and we are sure you will enjoy attending these. Family-friendly events are marked accordingly on our programme and within the registration system.
Due to the multiple venues and the need for childcare to occur in the same building where parents are located, we are not able to provide crèche facilities, except for Saturday evening, at the Pitt Rivers Reception. Please choose this option when selecting your sessions if you would like to make use of it. In order to provide childcare cover for the Thursday and Friday evenings, we are offering parents/guardians a £50 voucher per evening per family, and can also share a list of local childcare providers. Please contact rhodes120@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk for more information.
Under-18s are welcome to take part in the Pitt Rivers reception, whilst the Ashmolean reception is over-18s only.
