Mandela Day Garden Party at Rhodes House

Friday 19th July 2019

5:00-7:00pm

This year we are delighted to welcome all Scholars in Oxford and members of Rhodes Scholars in Britain to attend the garden party celebrating Nelson Mandela International Day. As well as honouring the legacy of South Africa's former President this is also an opportunity for the Oxford community to meet again at Rhodes House over summer drinks and homemade cakes.

Dress: Smart casual.

Please ensure you sign yourself up and any attending established partners or out-of-town guests by Thursday 11th July 2019.

Accommodation                                                                                                                           Delegates are responsible for organising their own accommodation. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Parking
Rhodes House does not have visitor parking. We recommend using one of the convenient Park & Ride sites.

Accessibility
Rhodes House is fully wheelchair-accessible with a lift allowing access to all of the programmed sessions.

Dress Code
Smart casual / Business casual

Filming and Photography
Sessions throughout the weekend will be filmed and photographed. Please contact scholars@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
