Rhodes Portrait Unveiling of Lucy Banda-Sichone
Lucy Banda Sichone (Zambia & Somerville 1978) was a human rights activist and educator. In 1978, she was selected as Zambia’s first female Rhodes Scholar. Her portrait was the first portrait of a woman to be displayed in Milner Hall, Rhodes House.
