Paul is currently completing his B.Sc in Agriculture, majoring in Environmental Science with a specialization in organic agriculture. He's been active with student government, serving three years on the executive committee and serving as president for the last two years. Originally from the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Paul has spent two summers of his undergraduate degree researching lowbush blueberry entomology, and another abroad in Ethiopia as an intern on a Canadian International Development Agency project. He runs on his campus' cross country team, and enjoys hiking, yoga, painting and photography. Passionate about the roles of insects within sustainable agriculture, Paul plans to pursue his interests in beneficial insect ecology through the Department of Zoology at Oxford.
